PyroTreat-NRG is an innovative and cost effective solution for thermal and electric energy production based on the CarbOilex-Pyro plant operation. Generally the plant design includes two principal modules: synthesis gas production module, CarbonCapt-GreenMeth e-Methanol synthesis unit and gas-piston power plant with the auxiliary equipment. The brief description of the technology: Synthesis gas is a flammable fuel, obtained as a result of thermal and chemical dissolution of different materials, containing hydrocarbons, which can be used for production of e-Methanol, utilized as a substitute to the natural gas or black oil, used in thermal power stations, boilers and similar.
The second part of the PyroTreat-NRG unit is a gas-piston power plant. The heart of the power plant is a gas-piston engine, which is modified for the use of e-Methanol.
Modern models of gas-piston engine do not make noise and operate up to 40 thousand hours without repair.
An electric generator converts the generated energy into electricity.
Engine cooling systems: air and water. The gas-piston cogeneration power plants produce not only electrical, but also thermal energy, thus a closed circuit filled with liquid that heats the water entering the pipes is occured.
Heat exchangers designed for the heat recovery system of a gas-piston plant.
Pipes supplying gas and circulating liquid.
Management and control systems.
