We are glad to inform our international colleagues, that within the recent 11 months we have been developing a number of processes, focused on the commercially viable utilization of CO2, captured at cement plants, coal fired power plants and oil refineries. Now we are ready to introduce our highly efficient CarbonCapt-SGS technology process.
CarbonCapt-SGS (syngas) means recently developed process for energy and cost effective syngas production, based on electrochemical reduction of CO2 and a Methane steam reforming / water electrolysis for Hydrogen production. After mixing of CO2 and H2 in a reactor column we obtain the syngas, where we can adjust the Hydrogen Carbon Monoxide ratio from 0.5 : 1 up to 3 : 1, subject to current production requirements.
The obtained syngas features high calorific value and may be used as a raw material for Diesel and Methanol production, which both are supposed to be the future fuels for heavy industries and maritime transportation.
