CarbonCapt pilot plant, mounted in 20'' container is ready for testing program

The CarbonCapt containerized pilot plant is completed and ready for trial tests at the CO2 emitters sites, located on the planet Earth with some restrictions.

Today we offer our international partners to perform a Pilot plant testing program, focused on the investigation of physical and chemical properties of the flue gases at the point of emission and identification of CO2 capture process parameters. In parallel with CarbonCapt Pilot plant testing procedure we will develop the Basic (Conceptual) Engineering documentation (technology flow sheets, arrangement drawings, list of equipment, PID and so on).

Finally, Pilot plant testing program will enable us to prepare the Front End Engineering Design for the project in question and sufficiently reduce the risks of the future process of full-scale industrial operation.

The Pilot plant testing program does not take much time - maximum duration is 4-5 months and could be held without any interruptions of the Mother plant operation. The program could be executed for a very reasonable cost in comparison to the CAPEX figures, needed for project execution.

We are glad to inform our international colleagues, that within the recent 9 months we have been developing a number of processes, focused on the commercially viable utilization of CO2, captured at cement plants, coal fired power plants and oil refineries. Among the others now we are ready to introduce our innovative CarbonCapt-DSL process.

We are glad to inform our international colleagues, that within the recent 11 months we have been developing a number of processes, focused on the commercially viable utilization of CO2, captured at cement plants, coal fired power plants and oil refineries.

Now we have evaluated the CarbonCapt-SGS  technology viability and developed the Basic Engineering for the pilot plant manufacturing, which is scheduled for the second quarter of  2025.
